From Product
to Proof

I help water feature, landscape, and irrigation brands turn contractor insight into field-tested stories their sales teams, distributors, and dealers can use with confidence.

Focus

  • — Water feature manufacturers
  • — Irrigation product brands
  • — Landscape product companies
  • — Outdoor-industry suppliers

Product claims can explain what a product is designed to do. Contractor stories show what happens when that product is trusted in the field.

A Three-Step Approach

The Product-to-Proof Framework

Every project starts with understanding what happened in the field—and why.

01

Discover the Field Story

Explore the jobsite conditions, the contractor's decisions, and the results. Find the details that make the story worth telling.

02

Shape the Proof

Use interviews, project details, and available evidence to build a clear, credible story.

03

Deliver Sales-Ready Content

Turn the finished story into case studies, articles, and supporting copy suited to the client's needs.

Services

Field Proof Content

You know the value of your products. I help you communicate that value through clear, useful marketing content grounded in real industry experience.

02

Contractor Stories

Interviews and articles exploring why contractors choose, trust, and recommend particular products, materials, or methods.

03

Marketing & Sales Content

Product-focused articles, email campaigns, brochures, and sales-support materials written for contractors, dealers, distributors, and other industry buyers.

About

Three decades in the landscape industry — translated into copy.

For more than 30 years, I worked alongside my husband, Scott, in our landscape design and installation business, Scott Conner Landscape. Water features became our specialty. As co-owner, I managed client relationships and communications, and spent plenty of time on jobsites—sometimes quite literally in the trenches. I learned the industry from the inside out.

Before Scott and I met, I pursued art and writing, including commissioned portraits and short fiction. Those interests and skills became part of the way I presented our work, through writing, photography, and visual storytelling.

What I loved most was meeting clients, walking their properties, and listening to their ideas, concerns, and hopes. Then came the satisfaction of watching those conversations take shape—and seeing their faces when the work was finished.

Today, I bring that combination of industry experience, writing, and visual storytelling to my work as a B2B copywriter.
